It'll be awesome to see him on the sidelines. I just hope he puts together a dynamite staff to help him in the unfamiliar areas.

Mostly, I'm greatly relieved that it's over (I really don't think the N&O would run this story if it wasn't ironclad).

Does he have ANY experience coaching at this level? Does he know how to recruit? What kind of coaching philosophy does he have?

I don't like it. I think we're in a far worse situation today then we were 1 year ago.

Time will tell if this is a good hire. I personally don't think it is the best thing we could have done; I would have liked to have seen a guy w/ some head coaching experience and some background in recruiting

but if he turns out to be great then he would for sure be the type of guy to stay here a long time

i am going to guess he will have less than acceptable results for the fans however
