i'm moving out of one of the Gorman Crossings townhomes and my roommate needs someone who wants to stay through the summer and then to the end of the next school year. we've done an excellent job at keeping the place clean. my room will be ready to move into at the end of may.

it's a party/study atmosphere, and a really quiet place to live...a lot of families in the neighborhood.

rent is only $275. utilities aren't usually that much to add on.
