Need a female to sublet a room in a 4 bedroom apartment at Wolf Creek. I have already moved out and really need someone to take it off my hands. Its 394$/month for everything, no security deposit, and its already furnished. Plus you get your own bathroom and big closet, and there's a full-sized bed. The apartment is really clean, well decorated, and the 3 other roommates are very cool, and frequently not there. Also a plus: its on the first floor and close to the pool

He is medium sized and people friendly. He is house trained and use to living in an apartment. I would be willing to pay any fees that come along with him. I apologize for not responding sooner, I was out of town. It is free to move in to anytime and the rest of May is free! Then the lease is up on July 31, and I'm told there is already someone scheduled to move in then, unfortunately.

Also unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. I wish they had been, too, so sorry
