just stopped by a house and picked up a flyer
nice sized house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms located in cary off of kildaire farm road, it's about 10-15 minutes from campus. about 2 miles from cary high school. nice neighborhood.
$975 a month avail June 1. so I guess that'd be $325 a person. $500 deposit.
i'm really looking to move out (been livin at home for a year to save up some money since coming back from a junior college down in kinston) sometime this summer.
i have a year old american staffordshire and she's about 60pounds, so any other pets would have to be able to get along with her. also, im diehard state football/basketball fan and enjoy partying (not big parties, but enjoy havin a few people over to drink and chill).

na i sure don't. it's surrounded by trees and trees seperate a graveyard/retirement center (glenaire for those of you familiar). kind of "down" in the trees a bit, not up on the street. yard looks good. i gave the flyer with all the details on it to my mom so she could look over it and all that shit, but it looks good.

"no pets allowed under any circumstance" is bold and in big letters at the bottom of the flyer.
