Me and my roomates are all moving out of the house were currently in, its totally renovated, really big and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Washer dryer fridge all that good stuff are included and there is a huge back yard as well as a front yard. It is 1 block from cookout and food lion which is awesome and takes about 2 min to get to campus from here. The rent is 375 per person. There is enough parking for like 10 or 15 cars and that includes 3 driveways. there arent any annoying neighbors and a house full of girls are the only ones relatively close by. post if your interested and you can come by and check it out... The house will be open in July

The guy just finished doing all the inside of the house last summer and he did an awesome job he just doesnt have connections here cause he's from clayton so its still a great deal. 4200 western blvd.. he hasnt redone the outside of the house like he has the inside though, i mean he did all the walkways, new windows shutters roofing etc etc but you have to see the inside to get how much work they did...

I didn't think that law actually passed in Raleigh....i remember they were trying, but I really dont think it passed.
