I was looking to buy a laptop and geek.com had some good prices, but they are all refurbished. Anyone have experience with getting refurbished stuff from this site? Are the products reliable, are their warranties good or do they make it a pain in the ass to return stuff?

I've only had one experience with a refurbished computer. Got an HP like 6 years ago and the computer was fine (its still running) but the monitor crapped out after 6 months.

I bought a refurbished qam tuner/upconverting dvd player there and it was an awesome deal. product came packaged well and aside from the brown box, could have fooled me for being brand new.
