This is in driftwood manor. I have a condo in the same area, and mine is 1140 sqft., with 2 beds and a 3rd room that can be a bedroom if you close the open doorway. I use it as an office right now.

Anyhow, if you are just looking to rent it, then you probably dont wants something this nice. There are other units there that can be bought for 60k (condos) and other townhomes like this for 64k, but they arent renovated as nicely.

Rent around here is from 525 (for the 2 bedroom 900 sqft condos) to 700 for nicer 2 bedroom with office condos.

3 bedroom units rent for around 850-900 and can be bought for 65k every now and then.

I live in the one I own, and renovated it with my wife.... We love the area, and have never felt unsafe. There is also a pool, tennis courts, vball, bball, and park.
