I live in Meredith Village apartments on Lake Boone Trial. It is on the CAT line and across from a grocery store. (~4-5mi to NCSU). My roomate is moving out but I would like to stay there if I can find a roomate (too much furniture to move). Lease would begin Aug 1st although other arrangments could be made. Living room/kitchen is furnished, but you would need bedroom funiture (could donate you a bookcase). Rent is $322.50 for a year lease and $327.5 for 6-11 months +electric (normally $30/month). WOuld be willing to sign whichever lease agreement you would need. I would need a roomate that is respectful of working professional hours (i.e. no latenight weekday parties). I am generally quiet and low key and easy to get along with. If interested PM me.

also, if can't find a roomate I will need to find another place to live, but have furniture for living rm/kitchen, so if anyone has an unfirnished place and is looking for a roomate also PM me.
