my lease runs out at the end of july, looking for a place that is near the wolfline, preferably somewhere off kaplan or gorman street.

please let me know if you have an opening and/or know someone who does

Gorman St Village has openings I think, which is where I just signed a lease, it's those 2 brick buildings that look new, it's within walking distance of a Wolfline stop and the rent is $315.
