^I looked it up because I wasn't sure. According to dict.org, 'buses' isn't a word, but according to m-w.com. both 'buses' and 'busses' are plural forms of 'bus.'

if they were to stagger the work, it probably wouldn't be finished by the start of fall semester

^^ the university can provide you transportation to some extent if you have a disability. The main road through north campus is still accessible, just not a sensible bus route because of how dan allen is blocked off at cates now.

^yeah he's right. ideally they could finish this all before move-in and summer session doesn't really create the traffic demands that a normal semester does. since this is construction AND government funded, the laws of nature require it to be both 2-4 months past the completion date and 40-200% overbudget. That means that not only will move-in be impacted (as the schedule would concede) but also most of fall semester.

staggering it would gaurantee we'd be annoyed for years to come.
