I have two rooms in a 4bed/4bath apartment at University Oaks. Both can move in August 5th. Private bed and bath, share nice kitchen, furnished living room, patio, washer/dryer. It was just redone last summer and has hardwood floors in the main area, fresh paint, and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Looking for clean/neat, quiet, non-smoking tenants. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. One block from corner of Western Blvd and Gorman, behind Rhynes Gate. Right next to Wolfline and within walking distance to campus.

$300 a month plus elec, cable, internet. Should be under $360 every month.
