Just to help out a little. In order to sell this legally you have to go through a dealer...unless the law has changed in the past month. Hope this helps, but if not you have a pretty clean gun there!

there are no such laws that require u to go thru a dealer. u are however supposed to obtain a valid permit from the person who buys it. there are no restrictions on person to person transfer, other than validating that it is legal for the person to buy a handgun, hence the permits.

ideally i would like to get $300 for it, but i might settle for $275.

the laser was purchased for $115 after the gun was purchased, and they currently sell on ebay for $95-125.

i would sell the gun alone for $200 or as a combo for $275.

the pistol isn't necessary, but like they said, b/c it is fun to dick around.

it's cool how u can see a laser dot up to 200 yards away.
it's cool not to have to aim at close range if u don't want to (sights fixed to match laser ideal up to 25 yards)

bottom line, just because

I think one of the biggest problems facing the nation is the fact that people who cannot determine the difference between sale and sell are allowed to own guns.

I think a basic level of intelligence should be required in order to own a gun, that is all I'm saying.

Hey Ronny, so u think gun ownership should be correlated with proper grammar? There are many more important things when talking about guns. Knowing ur target and what is behind it, knowing ur abilities and the abilities of the gun, and all other safety issues. I’d be willing to bet that I’m more competent with a gun than 95% of the English professors here at NCSU. Does that mean that they are more suited to own a gun? I can unload a 8rd mag of 45’s in about 1.5-2 seconds, and keep them all in center mass. So one last question, if ur in a life or death situation do u want me and my gun by ur side or a English book?

If I'm in a life or death situation, I don't want a gun by my side. The only things a gun can defend against is other guns or people. I dont make many enemies, so I doubt anyone will try to kill be "just because." The only other scenario I can think of is getting robbed, in which case me possessing a gun would increase the risk of either me or the attacker actually using it. If that was the case, I'd let them take my shit rather than risk my life reaching for my gun.

I feel perfectly safe during my every day activities without a gun. With an english book (metaphorically speaking, of course) instead of a gun, I'd talk myself out of a situation instead of end lives.

Fuck guns. And fuck ignorant gun owners.

^^you should really move out of your parents house and experience the real world. it is no coincidence that 37% of adults have a pistol permits and it is said that in major cities whether it is legal or not 91%of males will at one point own a gun. there is a reason for it. and p.s. smarty pants: I wonder why our american forefathers entitled us the right to bare arms????weird huh>
