I'm gonna say that cats and dogs are probably not okay since one of the current residents has allergies. I will ask to be sure though. If it is another animal send me a PM about it.

it's rent +utilities (digital cable, Roadrunner, electric, water, gas, everything) for a set amount of $350 a month. It's a month by month lease so no set minimum required amount of time like 6 months. No deposit. It's about 8 minutes from the bell tower on campus. About 5 minutes from crossroads at cary. In a really good location. Both roommates are very relaxed and very good cooks (and cook often). No dogs or cats allowed, other animals ask me first.
