Just to the west of those bigass concrete whisper things and just south of DH Hill, there's a little bulletin board hut with glass on the sides. It's in the trashcan there. You'll see a food lion plastic bag, and inside that an envelope marked "TWW". It's inside that in a ziplock bag. Check it out and just switch out in the envelope. I'll pick the envelope back up later. Now I'm trusting you here, so don't fuck with me. I'll be watching."

The funny thing is you can see the cardboard in the picture and I'm guessing the exacto-knife.
