I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my townhouse. I'm studying abroad in australia this fall so I won't be living here. The lease runs till july 31st 2007. Its a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse on kaplan. its a pretty nice place. Its got a fireplace, a good amount of storage space, and a little fish pond thing out back. Also, the downstairs bedroom is big enough to put 2 people in it, which we did for about 8 months of the last year. The whole place is $1000 per year. If you have roommates in mind, you can all take over the lease, or one person can take over my portion of it. My room(the master suite) will be available at the beginning of july, the rest of the place will be available later in july. this is a realy nice place! i live in the neighborhood and it's definately a lot of fun, neighbors are all real cool and great location.
