I have one room for rent starting August 2nd. The lease is variable from 10-12 months.

The rent is $400 a month. There is a $200 deposit required.
The apartment is fully furnished. Each room comes with a Queen bed, 2 night stands, a desk, an armuar(sp?), and desk chair. Each room has an individual bathroom and walk in closet. The night stands and armuar are all hardwood.
All Utilities are included; cable, wired and wireless internet, electric, water, etc.
All you need is food, linens, and your own personal belongings.
Reptilian pets and fish are welcome.

I'm interested in the room, where exactly is the townhouse located. Also, would it be possible to move in before August 2nd. My lease runs up in mid-july and I'd hate to have to move my stuff all the way home, and then bring it all back, although I will if I have too.

It is a unit in University Woods off of Trailwood. It is privately owned (by me), so you don't have to deal with Preiss Company.

The room is being moved out of on August 1st, so the first move in date is the 2nd.
