I have a chance to trade my SAS'd 93 4runner on an SAS'd 89 extra cab toyota. I've always wanted an extra-cab, but I do enjoy the room in the 4runner now that I have it.

Looks like a pretty even trade, I'd do it. Ive always liked the late 80's early 90's yoda trucks, to bad its not a stick though.

Mine is decent for its age, it has a tear in the drivers seat, everything else is good. His, I have no idea yet.

i say keep it.. i recently traded my rabbit for a jetta and so far i've replaced knock sensor, ground wires, wheel bearings, brake rotors, tie rod ends, ball joints, radiator, and headlights so far.. and it still needs a timing belt/tensioner and some struts.

keep the runner, doesn't seem that much different than the truck. Besides 4doors has its advantages.
