Hey, I'm moving to Florida sometime this year, and need to sub-lease my apartment at university suites. I haven't even moved in yet...so it's just as new as it would be if you leased with them today!

There are 2 Rooms available, so if you have a buddy who you want to room w/, you can bring him/her along. There are 2 guys, very respectful and laid back, who will be living there as well in a 4 bedroom townhouse. Each bedroom is very spacious w/ workstation, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Rent is low, 435/mo + 80 for the utility package a month.
I will meet any deal that U SUITES is offering at the current time, plus throw in a months rent free.

If you're interested please send me an email and we'll discuss any pricing or terms! jlmoble2@ncsu.edu I really need to move, and if I can't lease this place its going to ruin my chances.

it's actually just 435...the base rent is 365 with 70 for the utility package for a 4 bedroom...unless they changed something in the past week.

well it IS cheaper than surrounding places of comparison... University House is more expensive, and not even close to as spacious.
