hey everybody, I'm living in a house off ashe avenue (right outside pullen park) currently with one other guy. our third roomate is transferring to unc charlotte and we need a third person. the rent is 1200/mo and the house is a 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom with a front enclosed patio and a lot of parking space in back. the house is really awesome and has a lot of character. it's the perfect chilled out college house and it takes me about 7 min. to walk from the house to broughton hall.

i like to think that me and my roomate devin are pretty cool people to live with, we're very respectful and get our work done, but we have had a few keggers there because the house is just too perfect not to. everyone who comes to the house loves it, but all of our friends have living arrangements already because this is last minute.
