dzags18 it would appear that you are over quota--ie you've run out of room. Here's something that should help--- http://help.ncsu.edu/solutions/all/2918.php
If you want to set it up so that you don't have to deal with that again I would personally suggest using Thunderbird. The instructions to set it up are on the NCSU ResNet page. Deleting messages if you're over quota while in Thunderbird is easy (on a PC anyway). Just select the message, hit shift + delete. This is the general way of saying "Actually delete this, don't put it in the trash" which is exactly what it does in Thunderbird. Use it sparingly because once the message you delete is gone, it's gone--it isn't in the trash. Note this method only works in Thunderbird (probably other email programs too) but NOT in webmail. 6/21/2006 12:21:17 AM |
