I am trying to sublease my apartment at Dominion
The apartment:
It is 1 bedroom/ 1 bath
Rent is $540
It is on the 2nd floor
Living room area has really nice vaulted ceilings
It has a big bedroom with a Bay window and walk in closet.
Its located in the back of the complex (right beside the trial to Lake Johnson).
It really is a nice place!!! If anyone is interested let me know.

The lease ends Dec 31st, however, you can always renew if you need it longer.

I had that saem apartment back in 2002to 2004. Nice lay out with a huge living room and fireplace. My rent was 399 for the first year then went to 499. Goodluck on renting it out
