I like that your need to characterize yourself as a "sassy State girl" was so strong that you were willing to compromise on the letters available when the character limit hit you rather than sacrifice the "sassy," "State," or "girl." I like even more that you prioritized "State" above "sassy" and "girl," yet both "sassy" and "girl" were of nearly equal importance. I say nearly equal because you elected to cripple "girl" by eliding the final L while reducing the doubled S in "sassy," which doesn't obfuscate the original word nearly as badly.
While I find all this fascinating, I'm distressed by the importance you place on "State" considering that you're surrounded by State students on this site anyway. If this were a Tarheels message board or something, I could understand, but it's practically redundant in this context. I have to question your priorities entirely because of that; what kind of girl subverts her gender in the service of unnecessarily promoting her collegiate sympathy? Not the kind of girl I want to live with, I can tell you that much. Plus, your name is Jessica. 6/28/2006 10:22:08 AM |

Im currently looking for a roommate. I have a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Cary. It's located right outside of Raleigh, NCState is within 15 minutes if you include traffic. The kitchen is "cozy" but the main room is rather large, the bedrooms are also spacious. Rent averages at $400/month when you add up the expenses of board, Digital Cable w/DVR (Tivo), electricity, water, and cable internet (wireless as well).
The only catch is that it's for a one-year-lease, 6 month-lease would increase the price by about $25/month. My current lease is up July 16. Original roommate has pretty much moved out by now, except for a few things that are left, but he is not living here anymore, so moving in can be anytime depending on importance.
PM if interested. 6/28/2006 10:54:21 PM |

I've got one bedroom available in a 4br/4ba apartment in University Commons, off Gorman Street near Kaplan. It's $340/mo., includes utilities, broadband internet, and digital cable. You get a full kitchen, and washer/dryer as well.
Steve, Scott, and Drexel have already signed a one-year lease, and are looking for someone to take the fourth bedroom. These guys are mature, well mannered, and very "together". Give me a call at 919-749-8890, so I can hook you guys up.
Thanks,
