It's actually not that bad^
My boyfriend lives in KP and has a two room by himself and it's nice. Real spacious, no bugs, no loud students, mgmt is nice--- but he also lives on the second floor in a building across from the mgmt offices

^^^ It seems that all the people with good experiences don't care to post on that shitty website. Almost every apartment complex in the area has bad ratings. Advice: Build your own community.
