it probably takes longer to load because the sent page has user names as hyperlinks and the inbox page doesnt

I think being able to clean out our delete folder would be good. If we don't want something totally gone, we could keep it in the inbox. Maybe set purges daily, weekly, or bi-weekly even; or just the option to do it ourselves.
