Hey, I will be having a room for rent soon after the summer is over if anyone is interested. I am in the Pinnacle Apartments which are located right behind Crabtree Mall. The apts are very nice with large bedrooms and a walk-in closet. The living room is very nice with a fireplace and 2 large windows looking out throught the woods. If you want a place that is scenic, this could be the place for you. Everything is pretty much furnished except the bedroom, but additional furniture for living room and/or dining room would be ok too. The rent is 387.50 a person + utilities (roadrunner, water, electricity) Pets are allowed as I have a puppy already here, but he gets along great with other animals. I do prefer a female, but may consider the possibility of a male. I am pretty laid back, definetely not a clean freak, and can get along with pretty much anyone. My lease is officially up the end of August, and if I can't get anyone in here, I may be needing a place to stay, so just email me if you are interested, or if you have an opening for Jake (the dog) and myself.
