I have a spare bedroom in my house that I am trying to rent out. The room is actually the biggest one in the house. The room is 11.5 X 20 it is long enough for a full set of bedroom furniture and a sitting/tv area.

At the house we already have
* 6 person hot tub that you can really fit 9 depending on how cozy your trying to be
* Stereo on the deck with speakers around the hot tub, stereo is hooked to a seperate computer with remote control, ton of songs, internet radio, etc, etc
* Back deck with gas grill, built in keggerator, & patio set
* Loft with a weight bench, curl bar, bunch of other stuff
* Living room has big screen TV, DVR, stereo, futon, pull out couch, & fireplace
* Wireless Internet
* Great location off of Kaplan, short (3 min) walk to the bus stop, walking distance to a park with disc golf course & tennis, can walk home from a few bars

Basically the entire house is furnished already, the bedroom can be partially furnished or cleared out if you have your own stuff. There is a decent desk, & end tables in there now that can stay if you want, if not I will get rid of them.

If you dont party a little bit you probably won't get along living here. Having that said, I work full time and am a part time student, the other resident works early mornings during the week so usually were generally not up all night on weekdays. I am looking for someone who is pretty easy going.

Rent is $100 a week and includes all utillities, you can do bi-weekly, or monthly if your pay schedule is more conducive to that. That can be worked however is best for you, as long as its agreed upon up front, and comes out to the same amount. The lease length is very negotiable, I own the townhouse so you dont have to deal with a management company or anything.
