*no PESTS of any kind
*Mature
*21 and up
*wouldn't mind my bf coming over occasionally on weekends (long distance relationship)
*Be nice if they liked Law & Order, W/O a Trace, The Closer, etc. but not necessary
*Last but not least...NO DRAMA!!
