Hi, i'm Matt, 22 M, and I need a new a place to stay by aug 1. I don't smoke, am friendly and easy to get along with. I don't have any pets. Ocassionally I take out the electric guitar but I keep it down. Most of the time i use my acoustic and am really pretty quiet. I don't think noise will be an issue. I'm looking for a place in the 300-450 range, with 2 or 3 roomates. I get along with pretty much everyone, and I try to keep things neat. i've recently lived in university woods style apartments and i'd prefer something with a little more space/better community.
