I doubt that there is any warranty left, but it is free of any defects, I would have found them by now. I also use it plugged into power in my car 90% of the time, so the battery is in excellent condition and still holds a very strong charge for a long time, as if it were new.

i just got it last week. there is nothing wrong with it, i just think it is too big compared to my nano(one or the other has to go). i got it from a guy off of craigslist for the same price. he won it from work and didnt know how to use it or care to find out. ive put 1500 songs on it and 2 movies ( one of them was a free download from ipod) let me know if you are interested
