without a floppy drive. Anyone faced this?

I could slipstream the driver in if I have to, but I would rather avoid that
Would a USB flash drive work?

USB floppy will work, USB key will not as far as I know

Windows is retarded in that to install, the drivers must be on the CD or a FLOPPY, no other media
