Thanks dick- and for the record, I never said speeding- Maybe I was thinking drunk driving, or how about maybe I am running a couple keys of cocaine back from the city, transporting imigrants perhaps- gun running........

You can usually get some pretty good deals on Ebay. A lot of products you don't really save on Ebay once you factor in shipping, etc... But I've seen some good used radar detectors before. That or try craigslist.com

i found one dude who had an old ass cobra for $10 on CL but it doesn't pick uo laser. Ebay has a few for like $30 but they are all shit and cost $15-$20 for shipping. For $50 i may as well buy a crap one from Radioshack...

buying any radar detector under $100 will net you these two things:

1 - Sliding doors
2 - Overpasses
3 - BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP *Slam* "stfu stupid radar"

(yes, I said two, but the third reason should be icing on the cake)
