I'm looking for something behind campus around Hillsborough St...preferably within walking distance to campus since I'm too tired of having to find parking every morning. What do you have?!

Details:
-graduating in December so I'll only need to rent mid-August --> December
-22m
-clean
-easy to get along with
-I probably won't be there all too much due to a full class schedule and maybe a part time job
-have lived off campus 2 years with both guys and girls, and am open to either
-would prefer roomate(s) that are chill, easy to get along with, clean, etc etc.

I'm in NYC interning for the summer and will be back in Raleigh on August 16. I'd like to see pictures and definitely get to know the roomates beforehand. Feel free to PM me and we can get in touch.

i know a 2 bedroom on garden, off enterprise, 550$ a month, rent through v.g.murray, no ac or heat, we managed last winter with no heat and just space heaters and it wasnt that bad, and well yeah fans work too. not the nicest place but it is very close to campus. we cut through some peoples backyard and your on chamberlain, few min. walk to library, if your interested i can give you more info
