i'm a grad student in meteorology looking to rent a room close to campus or along the wolfline for the school year beginning some time between August 15th and 22nd. i'm clean and would prefer living with upper classmen or other grad students.

We've got a room for rent about a mile from campus, free as of tomorrow. Your rent would be $235 plus utilities each month (total comes to about $350), and you'd have a very short walk to the nearest Wolfline stop. We've both graduated in math, and we're in need of a roommate something awful. Bonus: you'd be right across the street from the $1.50 movie theater.

I'm looking for roommate. I have 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at 3521-102 Ivy Commons Dr starting from 15th of August. Really nice place to leave and study, 5 minutes walk from Centennial Campus. 5 different Wolflines can be reached in a half-minute walk range.

The rent will be $315, water and electricity will be shared (not included, about ~30-40 per month). It is 1 year lease, ending 7/31/2007, but it can be rent for more time.
