I can get a new one for 20 or less even, so depending on brand and specs I won't want to spend much more than that.

I have one, but it doesn't go inside the computer, it is a USB capture device with tuner. Works great, even on my laptop. Regretfully, I'd need at least $25 for it...

But you could have it today if you wanted.
