The reason why I'm offering this Razr for free is because the only thing I need you to do is take over my contract with cingular. I'm moving to Japan in a week and don't want to have to pay the termination fee.

The dirty on my contract:
450 Anytime Minutes
1000 Night and Weekends
5000 Mobile to Mobile

Base: $39.99
I've added phone insurance and 100 extra text messages so all told everything comes out to around 46 before taxes. I also have a 10% discount that will probably be lost but if you're a state student, you can get it back.

I also have about 3700 accrued Anytime minutes that will transfer with the contract.

I leave on Sunday August 6 and would like this gone by August 4.

how long do you have left on the contract? can you change numbers?

The contract runs until February 2007. My understanding is that the number will remain static.
