They are 2 12" Lighting Audio P1.12.4 300watt 4 ohm subwoofers. Sorry I made a mistake on the wattage before. I also have a Lighting Audio B250.1 250watt Car Amp for the Subwoofers if your interested.

Technically no but they work just as well with the horns. They've been used in a couple of house party bands.
