okay. iBook fell off a couch. bottom of the frame of the lcd above the hinge sticks out toward the keyboard. it all functions correctly, i'm using it now. anybody know how i can get this frame back flush with the lcd?? yes i googled but couldn't find hardly anything at all except services to replace lcds. please help.

can you push and hold it into place? Is something blocking it from going back in place?

If you can push it back and you really don't want the person to know i'd get some 5 minute apoxy and see if that holds it.

yea i can hold it as it's supposed to be, i just don't understand why it wont stay/why there's nothing to hold it there... there's no snap, screw, fastener, anything, that i can see that hold's the lcd to the frame at the hinge

if it had been pulled out i could see the plastic holding the bent shape. Other than that I don't know. Like I said 5-minute epoxy
