The lease at my current place runs out soon and I'm looking for someone to rent an apartment with me at Willowwood apartments. I graduated last year and am working now, so I'm looking to move up a little bit. I have two cats who are short haired and don't shed much. I work from 9 to 6 daily and I'm usually out in the evenings. I'm a guy and would prefer to live with another guy because I avoid female drama whenever I can.

These apartments are off Wade Ave. close to Dixie Trail. They have wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, garden tub and a sun room. They rent for $1,000/mo. (This is why it's been hard to find a roommate...most of you are broke college students)

I'm flexible, though, and I think there are some other places nearby in the Wade Ave. neighborhood that are similar and less expensive.

Anyone interested?
