what NCSU transportation doesn't know won't hurt them. maybe some student needs a DC permit that isn't a grad student or wasn't fortuanate enough in the lottery. if i had classes this semester i would buy it b.c they only offered me a shitty E permit eventhough i was 2 hours short of SR status.

Just take it to transportation they will give you a prorated amount, which right now will be the entire purchase price or very close to it. It beats the hassle of illegially selling it, worrying about getting charged fines if the buyer gets a ticket, and the punishment of not being able to buy a permit next year if you're caught.
