There are currently NO roommates living in this apartment (except for me.. but i'll be moving out soon).. and WHOEVER sub-leases this apartment.. can either be male or female!!! Co-ed is not allowed.
You may request for specific types of people to live in your apartment through the "roommate matching" system once you have moved in.. OR you can refer your friends to move into this apartment!!!
There is a $150 reward for referring people to live at the College Inn!  Unfortunately.. i'm not receiving it because im trying to get my apartment sub-leased.. but any person living at the College Inn that refers a friend to sign for an apartment lease will receive $150 for each person that signs up!! (so.. if you take over my sub-lease and refer 3 of your friends to live in this apartment.. you will make $450!!!)
