I'm looking to buy a GSM / Quadband phone before I leave for Europe next monday. Since I will be using it there, it must not be locked to one specific service provider. I'm not trying to spend a fortune, but I will entertain all reasonable offers. Let me know what you have.

get any cingular pay as you go phone and find someone local that can unlock it.

^ I actually have one of those pay as you go phones lying around the house, but it is not Quadband. Does anyone know of someone that can unlock phones locally?
