well he's right. go for the win. i said this when we were pondering whether or not to kick a fg or go for it on 4th and 1. if you get that 1st down, you'll more than likely score a TD when you have Toney Baker running from 3 yards out. also Chuck was correct about our fans. we made a ton of noise. it was pretty loud from where i was sitting in 114.

on the replay of Stone's run on 4th and 1 i thought he got it. it was 4th and 1 on the 4 yard line and it sure looked like he made it to the 3. i thought we got a bad spot, but oh well it's in the past. if Stone would have lunged it wouldn't have mattered, but then you have to worry about your QB taking a bad shot to the head.

I dont like that we got the penalty, but I do like that our players play with that kind of emotion against a team like Akron. I just dont know why they couldnt play like that to start the game.
