Truth.

They hire every day nerds off the street to do their tech work. I know because my buddy, Spencer, used to be the designated computer repair tech when he worked there. He hated it sooo bad. They made him sit in the back and do the computer tech crap and also expected him to still improve sales numbers as if he was on commission.
