Looking for a Room? I have 1 available in a very nice 3br House.

Location is convenient to several shopping centers, libraries, and NCSU.
The two tenants here are males 24 & 25yrs (college grad/young professionals) whom work 9-5s.

We've just had a horrible roommate experience.
So here are the guidelines.

IF you are under 21, you must be a responsible Student.(no party animals)
If you are over 21 you must at least have a full time consistent job. (Consistent being key)

Sound simple enough right?
We aren’t anal at all; we go out, to bars & clubs downtown.. However we take care of our responsibilities during the week as well.

Flexible terms as we are done with our lease and are now on a M2M.
Which means you won’t have to worry about a lease.. We just require a minimum of 3 or 4 months.

Digital cable/high speed internet.
Hardwood floors, comfortable environment, chill roommates.

what about pets? that's the only thing. I have 2 cats (that can be outdoor cats no problem) and a dog (who gladly stays in his crate when I'm not around.)

I just had this ridiculous experience with this 19yo, (no job), whom was loud all the time; He would bring random sketchy people over whom he "just met", to smoke & drink everclear all night. He said his parents would pay his rent, but then it turned out that he was just recently kicked out of his parent’s house, and they wanted nothing to do with him.


So... Im not an anal person at all.. im just 24. and i dont think i can handle another "Virgin to College life"

Actually i have "Joint custody" of my girlfriends Golden retriever... so sometimes its there, and sometimes its not.
pets are fine, as long as they are housebroken, and.. i myself dont have to take care of them (feed, change llitter boxes, etc.)
