remember it is 12 feet + a little in width.

that screen looks awesome.. but my room and my projector is too small/not powerful enough for it...
i have a 7 foot 1:1 Screen that I use and it does a good job....

I've got a 12' Dalite motorized screen just like that. It is fucking huge and costs a tad more than a grand new. I'm not interested in selling though.
