I used MediaMan back on my PC however I remember people on here discussing a piece of software available for free for Macs. It was VERY similar and the key feature I am looking for is the ability to scan the UPC code from the box via a webcam. With 500+ DVDs to organize it will still be a huge task! 9/26/2006 3:49:41 PM |

Mediaman looks cool but it costs $40
I would like to have a list of all my dvds somewhere, along with all kinds of associated synopsis, cast list, reviews etc for each movie i have. I don't care if its online or software I download but free would be grrreat Any ideas? 9/26/2006 4:06:27 PM |

It's not free, but I've heard some very good things about Delicious Library. It includes the barcode scanning feature that you're interested in. Seems to cost $40.

If you look for MediaMan Version 2.20 it is free, never asks to register, its only the newer versions you have to pay. 9/26/2006 8:38:18 PM |
