We live in a townhouse off trailwood hills about 5.5 miles from campus. We're looking for a female to live with us! The townhouse is large (3 stories) and is very spacious. utilities is about 50 dollars a person

options are having the 3rd floor bedroom(which is large--the size of the two second floor bedrooms put together) all to yourself and the bathroom all to yourself...but then you'd pay $400+ utilities

or

sharing the 3rd floor room and bathroom with a roomate, and paying $200ish plus utilities

or

having your own smaller bedroom and sharing the bathroom on the 2nd floor with two other girls, and paying $200ish plus utilities
