I'm just as sorry as I can be, but I've started the past 2 game threads & we've beat two top 25 teams to go to 2-0 in our conference.

I'll be making the trek from WV to be in the stands for the home games from here on out, so no more watching from home

Hopefully Tank Tyler will be back (back spasm against FSU) & D. Evans will keep getting better. And we've gotta get James / Dunlap the ball more, they were mighty impressive. We've got a lot to prove, guys.

I haven't watched Wake play a minute of football this year, I'll probably end up on the couch for the Clemson game though.

Their running game is always scary, and as well as our D did last night against the run, I expect Wake to run all over us. It's really hard for me to make a prediciton without seeing them, but I'll say our run game breaks out a bit and we win.

Wake will get their yards under Grobe. No one has ever completely just shut them down the past 3-4 years when his system has been firmly implemented and what not. They ate Clemson alive with misdirections and if we aren't prepared they will do the same to us. They are the best coached team in the ACC on a consistent week to week basis IMO.

With that being said, they don't have overwhelming athleticism at any position and this is why they usually compete with everyone in the conference, but in the end come up short against teams with a lot of athleticism. We have proven that we have that the past couple of weeks on offense now that we have a QB that can get playmakers the ball in stride (or get it to them at all) and we knew we had it on D.

It will be closer than most of us would hope for, but in the end I think we do win this game and get to 3-0 in the ACC.

As Amato said about practice before the FSU game after we beat BC, they HAVE to get the players heads out of la la land.
