I think "stay the course" vs "cut and run"
is a completely different discussion between "stay the course" and "adapt to be more effective"

Not that I don't think its pretty stupid of him to say things like this, I don't think its fair to paint those two arguments as if they were one.

One involves leaving Iraq and the other involves changing tactics within Iraq.

I don't think many critics of this war have really advocated "cut and run", that's simply the term republicans use to describe any idea about the war that is different from "stay the course"

Kris, maybe I should have been more clear
"setting a timetable" takes the place of cut and run above.

I am just distinguishing between a pullout or phased pullout and tactic-switching to adapt.

Where is the outcry for the attempted rewrite of history? Where is the national media asking the poignant questions when this administration tries to pull one over on the public.

Will Hannity and Colmes call out Bush or will they just regurgitate this bullshit he is trying to pull?

When I think about this administration, I can't help but be amazed at how inept it is in actually making the proper decisions, rather than figuring out how to manipulate the public perception when it fucks up.
