Do the ECE 492 classes count as a ECE specialization class??

i was thinking about taking ECE 492-J is it counts

unless things have changed, there are no more designations as intermediate or specialization classes anymore. they not longer exist as different entities.

for me, i took too many specialization classes (esp. 492x classes), they showed up as non-degree courses. Talked to townsend, and they were pushed into the proper area of the degree audit.

hell, when i graduated my tracs audit showed as having nondegree courses and empty intermediate electives, but it was correct in the advisors records or whatever.


if you are worried about your tracs degree audit, drop her a line, otherwise, its not a big deal.

Townsend manually adds the classes into the category when it isn't one of their selected courses.

I've taken 492v, in 492k, taking 492s next semester. I've heard good things about the microwave class, I think 492j.

of the 492 classes i only took 492m and 492k.

i wish i woudl have taken more, but they changed the intermediate elective thing when i was close to finishing already.

492-S sounded very interesting and i like escuti but i'm not gonna take a 8 for it
